It was great working with Amanda and team while purchasing a new home. They were extremely responsive and were able to help get me estimates even during the weekend on short notice. This allowed me to put in the offer I wanted, when I wanted to. The interest rate that was quoted was also slightly lower than several competitors.

We had a great experience working with Max and his team. Over the last few years, we had been looking for the perfect home while also ensuring we don’t spend beyond our means. Most places will give you a loan based on simple debt to income, but Max and his team work with you to get the best rate and loan for your situation.
They take the time to get to know you and essentially coach you on how to prepare for the home buying experience and associated costs. They should be the first call you make when considering a home buying situation!
Their technology, follow-up, guidance, and clear information about every step, make them the top place to go.

The exact words were “I would work with them any day of the week.” I apprceiated the team approach, the ease of communication and zero issues reaching them on phone when email would not suffice. This is my second loan I’ve obtained through the Leaman Team, and the process was just as smooth the second time. It’s clear that their team is a well-oiled machine. They have processes in place and follow them to a T, to ensure that nothing gets missed. I love all the little “heads up” notes they send, so you know what to expect. I especially appreciated the note about staying OFF of the lists that get sold to vendors and other lenders, who bombard you with sales pitches…. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!! I opted out right away, and my phone and email have remain blissfully quiet, unlike others who mention getting blasted right after completing a loan app. I highly recommend Max’s team for your home loan!

There are many home lenders out there, but none of them come close to LoanPeople.
