With my recent experience, I was impressed by how quickly the refinance happened, it was just 4 weeks! And it flew by so fast. Patty Perez with LoanPeople helped me refinance my home, and I am in the best place financially that I’ve been in years. Refinancing removed the credit card debt, which has now improved my credit score!
I was referred to Patty through a family member who recently refinanced as well. Patty facilitated the loan refinance and was professional, clear, concise, and helpful every step of the way, And I gained a deeper understanding of my finances in the process.

Misty Spears and Teena Machado were there for us the whole time, any time we had questions (even if they felt like dumb ones) they had the answers to help explain it in a way to easily understand. Even when the search slowed down they were there for us when we were ready to start back up. They’ve been there for us along the whole way and I feel very confident they’re going to continue to be there for us in the future. We were so lucky to find this team. Jenny Herrera, the underwriter, was super helpful and extremely diligent. They were all beyond nice in a very genuine way, they made a super stressful/important decision extremely smooth.
